Fiber Glass Loose Fill

This is “blown-in” insulation that comes in two forms. One form is that of a by-product from making batts or rolls. The other is from “prime” fibers produced for the sole reason of insulation. Each must be applied the same way. That is through a pneumatic blowing machine. Both have the same energy saving capabilities. This type is for attic spaces or inside walls or covered attic floors.

Dense-Pack Wall Insulation

This is designed for packing in densely for uninsulated walls. They are need to be dense s that they will resist any air that tries to flow through the wall cavities.

Fiber Glass Blankets

This type can come in batt or roll form. It is made from sand and glass. They are melted and then spun into fibers and then into blankets. They are used in framing members of residential constructions.
